- Reminder of an Important Message from our Co-Chairman
With the rise in Corona
Virus #’s we need some clarification from those of you who choose not to
ride (play) with everyone. If you would rather not, please email us
as to who you are comfortable with riding. Both parties involved
must respond and agree. If not, then we would suggest that you ride
alone. We can try to make you part of a threesome so there would not
be a charge, but we cannot guarantee it.
Secondly, the issue of
pace of play has again come up. This has continued to be an ongoing
problem, but we do need everyone to play Ready Golf. Groups should
not be waiting for another group to move on. We are not asking that
you play speed golf, but be ready. You do not have to wait for a
fellow player to hit (even if they are behind you) if that player is not
ready. Just be aware of where they are. Don’t leave your golf
cart halfway down the fairway and then walk to the green, knowing that
you’ll have to walk back to retrieve it. We can all enjoy a fun
round of golf without holding other groups up. Keep in mind,
if you are a foursome, you should be able to finish nine holes in two
hours.
