SEPTEMBER NEWSLETTER

Tee time is 8:30 a.m.  Be at your cart and ready to play by 8:15 a.m.

Please sign-up the Friday before play on Monday.  Call or email the Scheduler if: a) you can't make it; b) forgot to sign up; or c) decide not to play that morning (e.g., it's raining). The Scheduler will contact the Pro Shop with any additions or cancellations.

EVENTS, NOTES, AND OTHER STUFF 

  • September 12 - Interclub at Woodside Plantation
    The available 9 spots have been filled. Please contact Donna Imbrescia with any questions regarding the "wait list".
  • "COUPLES TOURNAMENT" - Date Change
    It now will be on Thursday, October 13 instead of October 12th.  A conflict arose when we decided to have the dinner at The Grille and Wednesday night is Italian night there.
  • SAVE THE DATE!  We have a fun event planned for Halloween.This year Halloween falls on the last Monday on October 31. And so we will have a game day.  You need not come dressed for Halloween, but you are encouraged to do so. There will be tricks or treats on every hole. And there will be prizes. Gail Sheiman will be collecting $3 per person prior to the event. Please plan on participating,
  • Message from our Co-Presidents, Ann & Chris:
    "Thank you to all who contributed to the fund for the groundskeepers.  We gave them $90.00.  We also asked Gary for some ideas on how we could contribute to the beautification of the golf course.  We have about $600 in our checking account and thought some of this could be used for that purpose.  One suggestion we gave him was putting up rails on the steps coming up from the cart parking lot with flowers around them.  If you have any suggestions please pass them on to either one of us.  Our goal is to get Gary's ideas and any from the members and present them for a vote at our November meeting."
